Overview

We’re on the lookout for a Talent Specialist to join our growing People & Culture team. Someone who lives and breathes hospitality, thrives in pace, and knows how to spot a superstar when they see one.

What You’ll Do

- Manage end-to-end recruitment across our venues. From job ads and screening to interviews and offers

- Partner with venues to build high‑performing teams

- Champion the Applejack employer brand — think creative sourcing, social campaigns, and building talent pipelines

- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring everyone leaves feeling the Applejack warmth (whether they get the job or not)

- Contribute ideas for streamlining processes, onboarding, retention, and People projects as we continue to grow

What You’ll Bring

- Experience recruiting in hospitality (agency or internal — we’re open)

- A knack for reading people and understanding what makes a great culture fit

- Strong communication and organisation skills (and maybe a little healthy chaos tolerance)

- A genuine love for hospitality, people, and creating opportunities

- Drive to grow your career within a progressive, people‑first group
