Days: 3-5 days between Monday to Friday (negotiable for the right candidate)
Hours: 9:00am – 5:00pm
Children: 1 child (girl, aged 1 year old)
Pets: One friendly Cavoodle (no care required)

About the Role

A loving and easygoing family in Teneriffe is looking for a calm, nurturing, and experienced full-time nanny to care for their young daughter across 5 days per week. The role will include a mix of daily care, age-appropriate engagement, and support to ensure the home runs smoothly while both parents work.
This is a long-term role with a minimum 2-year commitment, ideally longer, and would suit someone looking to become a valued part of the family’s day-to-day life.

Typical Responsibilities

Daily outings: walks, park visits, free or paid baby activities
Preparing nutritious meals for the baby and, where possible, simple family meals
Bottle feeding, naps, nappy changes, play and age-appropriate learning
Light household support including laundry, tidying, errands, and grocery shopping
General support while parents attend work or appointments
Driving is not essential, though a car will be provided during work hours if required.

Ideal Nanny

The family is seeking someone who is:

- Warm, kind, patient, and compassionate
- Loyal, respectful, and values open communication
- Has experience caring for babies and young children
- Confident in nurturing and engaging a child’s early development
- Willing to support the family with flexible tasks and a calm, can-do attitude
- Ideal: to have a driver's licence

Hold a current First Aid Certificate (or be willing to obtain one)
Hold a current Blue Card
Have strong communication skills and speak great English
Be non-smoking
