A professional and adventure-loving family in Paddington, QLD, is seeking an experienced and nurturing nanny to assist in the care of their 2 fun-loving boys aged 12 months and 3 years old.

The normal days are: 4 days per week, 29 hours

- Tuesday: 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
- Wednesday: 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
- Thursday: 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
- Friday: 8:30 am – 12:00 pm

The family would love a nanny who is a great communicator, can adopt their firm but fair ethos, is safety conscious, and can engage the children in fun, age-appropriate activities.

Mum splits her time between working from the home office and being out at meetings and appointments.

During nap times, the nanny will support the family by preparing meals and assisting with light housework to ensure everything is ready for the evening.

The carer's responsibilities for this role will be as follows:

- To have sole charge care of both children throughout the day
- Play and engage in age-appropriate activities to assist in the children’s development
- To prepare and cook healthy meals and snacks for the children
- General tidying up after the children and light household chores

The family’s expectations from their nanny are:

- 2+ years of experience as a nanny or working in childcare
- Childcare qualifications preferred
- Full driver's license (option to use your own car or the family car when driving with the children)
- Have a current first aid certificate (or be happy to obtain one)
- Have a current Working With Children’s Check
- Display strong communication skills and speak English
- Non-smoking
