Boral is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead the sales strategy and execution for our Minerals – Lime and Limestone business across NSW, VIC and South East Queensland. Based in North Ryde, this role is crucial to driving growth, improving margins, and expanding our market share in a competitive construction materials market.

You will work within a passionate team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of excellence through coaching and mentoring. With your strategic vision, customer focus, and commercial expertise, you’ll help us deliver outstanding results and strengthen our position in the industry.

Responsibilities

- Driving revenue growth through innovative pricing, strategic planning, and expanding business opportunities within existing and new customer segments across your territory.
- Leading new business development, securing major projects, and managing an effective sales pipeline focused on lime-based products.
- Inspiring, coaching, and developing a high-performing sales team, setting clear goals and ensuring accountability.
- Championing customer service excellence and acting as a key customer advocate in internal planning and operational decisions.
- Playing a critical role in margin enhancement and commercial negotiations, including managing key accounts and strategic tenders related to cement product supply.

- Proven sales leadership experience.

- Resilient, disciplined, and committed to continuous learning and driving high performance.
- Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office, with a data-driven approach to sales management.

About Boral Cement

At Boral, we supply up to 4 million tonnes of cementitous products through our Berrima Clinker & Cement Manufacturing, Maldon Cement Grinding & Packaging, Marulan South Limestone Mine & Manufacturing, and Geelong Cement Grinding Operations. Boral Cement is working towards reducing carbon emissions by replacing 60% of fossil fuel in its manufacturing process with lower carbon alternative fuel. We have invested heavily in the development of Berrima’s alternative fuel project, to enable the transition from coal to refuse derived fuels.
