An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced administrator to join our growing team at our busy Wingfield branch as a Transport Administrator. This role is an integral part of the Transport and Logistics team and will also provide support to our Hire Room when required.

This is a full-time permanent, office-based role that works Monday to Friday 7am - 5pm

Daily responsibilities will include;

- Providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist with Transport and order allocation.
- Processing customer orders.
- Follow up on account queries.
- Providing additional support to the Transport Manager as required.
- Providing general administrative support to Hire office.

- Experience in a similar role essential, applicants with industry experience will be highly regarded.
- Demonstrated commitment to quality; ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as a part of a team.
- A proven track record for exceptional customer service.
- Sound experience and knowledge in MS Office products such as Excel, Word and Outlook and other data base or ideally hire based systems.
- Outstanding interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-past paced environment.
- Be self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude.
- A strong commitment to OH&S.
- All shortlisted candidates for this role will need to complete speed and accuracy testing for their typing prior to being booked to interview.
