**The Company and role**

Our client is experiencing astonishing growth across the APAC region and are on the hunt for an administrator to support their Enterprise and Mid-Market sales teams.

Reporting to the Sales Administration Team Leader, you will assist with the processing of orders using CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) and all tasks leading up to the sale.

Tasks include:

- creating tailored invoices and quotations
- liaising with clients and members of the sales team updating them on all stages of the sales cycle
- Reading and assessing sales data which will be used by the marketing team to generate more activity
- Dispersing and allocation of incoming sales leads to the correct teams across the organisation

**Key Requirements**

Experience working in a customer service or administrative role supporting a sales team or person.
- You are a forward-thinking, sales driven and detail-oriented individual
- Demonstrated experience using a CRM tool (MS Dynamics will be highly advantageous)
- You must be capable of reading data, interpreting it and reporting it
- Fluent spoken and written English is also imperative to your success in this role.
- Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, particularly MS Excel
