Your role ensures compliance with global standards, legal obligations, and promotes a strong safety culture across high-risk construction environments.Responsibilities include but are not limited to* Develop and review site-specific EHS Management Plans and facilitate risk assessments.* Conduct inspections, audits, and incident investigations to ensure safety compliance.* Deliver EHS inductions, onboarding, and training programs tailored to site needs.* Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to uphold EHS standards.* Analyse EHS performance data and prepare reports to support decision-making.* Assist in preparing and closing out corrective actions from audits and investigations.* Support leadership in implementing safety initiatives and promoting safety culture.* Facilitate toolbox talks, EHS committee meetings, and workshops to drive engagement.**About You:*** Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety (essential).* Diploma in WHS, Environmental Management, or Training & Assessment (desirable).* Experience in EHS roles within high-risk industries.* Familiarity with ISO standards and Federal Safety Commissioner audits.* Strong understanding of EHS legislation, risk management, and incident investigation.* Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and analytical skills.* Ability to influence safety behaviours and drive continuous improvement.* Comfortable working in dynamic environments and managing multiple priorities.We are committed to developing and retaining the best people and provide the best possible learning and development opportunities.
