About the Position:
This Special Counsel role is designed for a thought leader who thrives on strategy, complex problem‑solving, and making a tangible impact. You’ll work across challenging matters involving multi‑property divisions, business valuations, and intricate parenting issues, while also mentoring high‑performing lawyers and advising on firm‑wide operational initiatives.
You’ll have a voice at the leadership table and play a central role in shaping the direction of the family law division. This is a role for someone who wants to leave a legacy, not just close files.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years PAE in family law
- Proven experience in complex litigation and ADR strategies
- Strategic thinker with business and client development acumen
- Passion for people leadership and innovation
