We're looking for a motivated Learning & Development Coordinator to join our People & Culture team and play a key role in supporting the growth and development of our people.

About the role

Reporting to the Learning & Development Manager, you'll coordinate a range of learning programs and manage our Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure every employee has access to high-quality training. From scheduling and logistics through to learner support and reporting, you'll make sure our people have the tools and opportunities they need to thrive.

- Coordinating end-to-end delivery of learning programs (face-to-face, virtual and blended)
- Managing enrolments, scheduling, communications, and training logistics
- Supporting managers to identify capability gaps and deliver targeted training solutions
- Maintaining the LMS with accurate data, reporting, and learner support
- Building strong relationships with managers, employees, and training providers
- Promoting learning initiatives that align with our values and customer service culture

About you

You're a highly organised and proactive coordinator who enjoys working with people and systems. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities while keeping attention to detail. You bring:

- Experience coordinating L&D programs in a corporate or multi-site environment
- Strong knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong reporting/analysis ability
- A collaborative mindset and passion for supporting workforce capability
