About the Position
Our client is seeking an experienced Family Lawyer to become a key part of their Gold Coast team. This role will see you managing a range of family law files, including parenting arrangements, complex property matters, financial agreements, domestic violence cases, and divorce applications.
You’ll work closely with a team of experienced senior practitioners who are committed to mentoring and supporting career development. The firm’s flexible hybrid arrangements mean you can structure your week to balance professional and personal commitments, without compromising on high-quality work or client impact.
This opportunity suits a lawyer ready to take ownership of their caseload while being backed by a supportive and collaborative team. You/'ll also benefit from direct client engagement, a focus on achieving meaningful outcomes, and a pathway to genuine progression.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ post-admission experience in Family Law (private practice preferred)
- Confident in managing files from initial consultation to resolution
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Committed to delivering empathetic and strategic client advice
- Able to thrive in a flexible and team-oriented environment
