About the Role

Public Area Cleaner — you’ll play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and presentation of all public spaces throughout the hotel. From lobbies and lounges to gyms and conference rooms, you’ll ensure every area is spotless, well-stocked, and welcoming for guests. You’ll also be a friendly face, providing courteous service and responding promptly to guest needs.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain cleanliness across all public areas
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests
- Replenish supplies and manage cleaning equipment
- Follow safety, hygiene, and hotel standards
- Report issues and communicate effectively with the team
- Secure public areas and handle lost property appropriately
- Attend training and complete assigned tasks professionally

Skills & Experience (Qualifications)

- Professional grooming and presentation
- Strong interpersonal and guest service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, honest, and flexible
- Good time management and resource efficiency
- Familiarity with hotel cleaning standards and safety procedures (preferred)
