Norm Flynn Smash Repairs is in the middle of Busselton — a big country town with 15 km of beach and some of the world’s best wineries just half an hour up the road. Join the team of 12 now, for good pay and a great work environment.

Permanent position. Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week - No weekends

About the Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for:

- Providing frontline customer service to all customers who visit our site
- Keeping customers informed about the repair process and estimated completion dates for their vehicles
- Handling telephone and email correspondence professionally and efficiently
- Supporting management with inventory, including parts, paint, and consumables
- Liaising with insurance providers regarding claims and repairs
