McLean Care is expanding, and we're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Roster Clerk to join our vibrant, supportive team. As part of this dynamic role, you'll work on a rotating roster, with shifts starting at 6 AM, 7 AM, and 8 AM.

This is a permanent, full-time position working Monday to Friday, where you'll play a key part in making sure everything runs smoothly

About the Role:

As a Roster Clerk at McLean Care, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of rosters. Your key duties will include:

  • Creating and managing rosters
  • Negotiating shift changes to meet client needs
  • Inputting client requirements into our system accurately
  • Providing general office support as needed
  • Managing compliance in a rostering capacity
  • Overseeing compliance within workforce rostering processes
  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with external service providers
  • Occasionally handling on-call duties, ensuring flexibility and reliability at all times

  • Communicator: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Team Player: You thrive in a collaborative environment and are always willing to lend a hand
  • Experience: Previous rostering experience is a bonus, but not essential
