About the role

You’ll join a supportive team who love pushing ideas to a new level and want someone to jump in and match their energy. Working closely with the Brand & Sponsorship Manager, you’ll assist with the planning, coordination, and reporting of sponsorship and marketing activities, all while supporting our thriving brand.

Key responsibilities

- Jump in to help plan and roll out branding magic - from signage and collateral to internal brand moments that make an impact.

- Be the behind-the-scenes hero of events and sponsorship activations, keeping everything on track and on budget.

- Keep our sponsorships running smoothly by coordinating agreements, managing admin, and staying in touch with partners.

- Track and update sponsorship and activation activities, making sure we hit our KPIs and celebrate the wins.

- Bring campaigns to life by supporting the creation of eye-catching promotional and marketing materials.

- Be a go-to person for sponsor, partner, and stakeholder relationships, keeping collaboration smooth and communication clear.

About you

You’re someone who’s ready for their next challenge. You’re passionate about crafting memorable brand experiences that have impact and flair. You’ll also have:

- 1-2 years of hands‑on experience in Marketing, Sponsorship, Events, or Brand Coordination, and you're ready to make your mark.

- You know your way around sponsorships and brand activations, and love bringing ideas to life.

- Event coordination and marketing comms? You’re across it and know how to make things run smoothly.

- You’re a natural at building strong relationships and keeping stakeholders in the loop.

- You thrive in a team, pitch in when it counts, and bring good energy to every project.
