As Product Service Manager - HMPS, reporting to the General Manager - National Service, you’ll be the expert and go-to person for your product group, responsible for planning, coordinating, and optimising all service activities for the HMPS range of products. You'll lead with confidence, supported by the wider customer service team, and collaborate closely with our Territory Service Managers and technical experts across the business.

Job Description

You’ll be responsible for:

- Developing service strategies that grow revenue and improve customer experience

- Coordinating service delivery including maintenance, upgrades, and spare parts

- Building strong customer relationships and ensuring timely, high-quality support

- Supporting continuous improvement and compliance across all service activities

- Leading and mentoring your Service Coordinator, and supporting technical capability building

What You Bring

- 5+ years in a service, technical, or customer-focused role within industrial equipment, packaging, or automation

- Strong commercial acumen and customer service mindset

- Excellent communication and organisational skills

- A passion for delivering service excellence and growing long-term customer partnerships
