Job Overview

As a Senior Marketing Account Manager at Wingman Creative, you’ll be at the heart of the action. You’re not just managing accounts, you’re shaping strategies, driving campaigns, and building the kind of client relationships that last. Think of yourself as both strategist and conductor: developing big-picture marketing roadmaps while keeping the moving parts of day-to-day execution humming in sync.

You’ll oversee a diverse portfolio of clients across industries, managing everything from brand launches and social campaigns to paid ads, influencer partnerships, and content production. You’ll collaborate closely with our in-house creative, digital, and offshore teams to deliver bold, data-driven marketing that doesn’t just look good - it performs.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, can juggle multiple clients with ease, and wants to play a hands-on role in building marketing that gets results.

Key Responsibilities

- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple clients, acting as their trusted advisor and ensuring their needs are met with tailored marketing solutions.
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement social media and content marketing strategies that align with client objectives, including brand positioning, audience engagement, and performance metrics.
- Campaign Oversight: Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including content creation, social media scheduling, influencer partnerships, and performance tracking, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with creative, content, and analytics teams to develop high-quality content (e.g., social posts, blogs, videos) that resonates with target audiences.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse campaign performance and collaborating with offshore team members to provide clients with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Budget Management: Oversee client budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximising ROI on social media and content initiatives.
- Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, and content marketing best practices to provide innovative solutions and maintain a competitive edge.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior team members onshore and offshore, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

What We’re Looking For

- 5+ years in marketing, with agency account management experience under your belt.
- Expertise in social media and content marketing (TikTok, Insta, LinkedIn, Facebook, X).
- A natural communicator who can sell a vision and back it up with results.
- Strong project management skills — spinning multiple client plates without dropping any.
- Data-driven mindset with a knack for turning insights into strategies.
- A creative thinker who gets storytelling, branding, and how to make content pop.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
