Your role is critical in enabling proactive maintenance scheduling and maximising plant availability across all projects. Based onsite at Prominent Hill on a 2:1 FIFO roster, you’ll draw on your maintenance coordination and systems expertise to ensure assets are ready, parts are available, and maintenance activities run smoothly. Ideally, you will also have: - FIFO or remote site experience. - Mechanical or trade background. - A proactive, accountable approach with strong teamwork across departments. Why M2P Engineering? We’ve come a long way since starting out in 2017. Right from the beginning, we brought a different approach to engineering construction in the mining, industrial and marine sectors. A better way, built on smarter thinking and real care – about the job, the client and the team. First, we punched above our weight. Now, we’re up there, toe to toe with the biggest and oldest in the industry. And we’re proud to compete and win. So, what can you expect from a career with us? Well, it’s about three things: •Work. The way it should be. We take pride in quality work, completed to spec and on time. Things can’t always go according to plan, of course, but we’re proud to exceed expectations and deliver on what we promise. •Your career. The way it should be. With so many interesting projects to get stuck into, there’s ongoing work and a stable future here. Just give it a solid go, do the job well, and we’ll look after you. •A real team. The way it should be. You’ll work shoulder to shoulder with an honest, reliable and respectful team. We’re mates looking after mates, and when the going gets tough, that’s when we step up for you the most. You’ll also enjoy a range of other benefits: - Career development and training opportunities - Supportive team culture built on respect, humour, and hard work - Access to our Employee Assistance Program Ready for your career, the way it should be?
