The JLMS Online Learning Coordinator contributes to the implementation, ongoing development and maintenance of SAAS Student Management System (SMS) and Learning Management System (LMS).
Providing specialist advice to subject matter experts to support them in the development of training materials that meet organisational requirements. Developing, releasing, and maintaining online and print materials for Education Systems, accredited courses and non-accredited training programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the ongoing development, maintenance and configuration of SAAS educational systems, including JLMS installation, testing, updates and system structure creation
- Design, develop and publish online learning content using continuous improvement approaches while collaborating with subject matter experts to meet educational needs
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to identify suitable training for online delivery and promote flexible learning technologies across SA Ambulance Service
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning management systems and processes, providing evidence-based recommendations for continuous improvement strategies
- Provide specialist technical support and expert advice to project teams, including accurate delivery estimates and resolution of complex system issues
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for governance groups, documenting project status, performance metrics and opportunities for program enhancement
