Front of House Staff at Kangaroo Valley Golf and Country Retreat
Kangaroo Valley Golf and Country Retreat is thrilled to announce openings for front of house staff in our incredible Osteria La Vallata Restaurant. We’re looking for enthusiastic team members to work from Thursday – Sunday with occasional weekday shifts for conferences or functions.
Join Our Team: Become a part of our supportive team dedicated to delivering exceptional service and exceeding customer expectations. With our property undergoing significant renovations and expansion, including new entertaining facilities and villa accommodations, we are looking to grow our team to deliver a dining experience that will keep our guests coming back for more.
- Primary shifts during restaurant hours Thursday – Saturday Nights and Friday – Sunday Lunches
- Additional shifts available based on event bookings.
- Flexibility is required for occasional weekday events - our rosters are published with plenty of notice.
Requirements:
- Experience as a waitperson is desirable
- Experience operating a bar till POS highly regarded
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate
- Experience in Salad prep or Antipasto creation highly regarded
- Strong social skills and a friendly, helpful demeanor
- Ability to think on your feet and identify opportunities to make our guests visit one to remember.
- Composed, well-organized, and customer centric
- Barista skills are a bonus, but training will be provided
- Neat and professional personal appearance
Prior customer service and hospitality experience is required; we offer training to further develop your skills.
