We have part-time and full-time positions available. Minimum of 30 hours a week commitment is required.

Who we are

We empower students and their studies by providing an ecosystem of highly effective tutoring, resources and support. We run weekly small-group tutoring sessions, presented by young and experienced tutors that teach in a simple, intuitive and engaging way. We also supplement these sessions with weekly workshops, complimentary 1-on-1 support and a learning portal with a comprehensive suite of resources and practice material to help students master their subjects.

What you'll do

- Outbound Leads: Contact interested students and parents via phone, email, and text, share details about our programs, answer questions, and book free trial weeks. (This is primarily a B2C outbound calling sales role)

- Manage Enquiries: Handle incoming enquiries via phone, email, and text, sharing details about our programs, answer questions, and book free trial weeks.

- Drive Enrolments: Conduct follow-ups with prospective students and parents who have completed free trial weeks, converting interest into enrolments by showcasing the value of Contour’s offerings.

- Hit Your Targets: Meet and exceed enrolment goals by managing a robust sales pipeline, maximising every opportunity to connect and engage.

- Provide Insights: Share feedback and ideas with the Sales Team Leader to enhance processes and improve conversion rates.

The role offers structured operating hours across weekdays (12pm - 9pm) and weekends (9am - 5pm) and provides strong earning potential through commissions. There is a robust training program with weekly group sessions and personalised coaching and potential to become a Senior Sales Rep with leadership opportunities for suitable team members.

Experience Requirements

- Completed the VCE and performed well

- Bachelor's Degree (or currently studying) in Commerce/Business or a related field

- Prior Retail, Hospitality, Call Centre and/or Sales Experience (ideal)
