We are seeking a dedicated Site Operations Manager for our Defence sites in Wagga Wagga (NSW). The Position:

- Oversee front-of-house and back-of-house teams in a fast-paced, complex site, ensuring smooth daily operations and high service standards.
- Manage budgets, control costs, and drive revenue while optimising resources across the operation.
- Train, mentor, and manage team performance, fostering a strong, adaptable team in a high demand setting.
- Deliver exceptional service, handle challenges, and continuously improve service flow across multiple service areas.
- Ensure all operations meet strict food safety, HACCP, and company compliance standards in a regulated environment.

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to motivate teams and drive performance to achieve KPIs.
