Want your chance to make a mark on a world-class, record-breaking event? We are hiring a Site Operations Supervisor - Sydney to join our United Cup Sydney Operations team to deliver the Australian Summer of Tennis 2026. This is a full-time fixed-term contract from November 2025 to January 2026

About the role

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Acting as the central point of contact within a designated work zone, supervising site operations and temporary infrastructure build.
• Coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of event overlay and infrastructure.
• Providing instructions, training, and guidance to site teams to ensure tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to the required standard.
• Monitoring health & safety on site in collaboration with the Safety Officer, conducting inspections, and mitigating risks.
• Supporting the Event Operations team by tracking logistics, job progress, and resolving operational issues in real-time.

About youTo be successful in this role you will:

• Proven experience in site operations, event overlay, or temporary infrastructure delivery.
• Strong stakeholder and supplier management skills with the ability to communicate effectively under pressure.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a complex and fast-paced environment with a hands-on approach.
• Knowledge of workplace health and safety standards and practical experience in monitoring compliance.
• Hold a Valid Construction Induction Card (or State or Territory equivalent) (compulsory).
• Current Forklift licence (desirable).
• Preparedness to be flexible about working hours and arrangements relating to work associated with Tennis Australia
