You'll complete the CHC30121 Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care , gaining hands-on experience alongside a nationally recognised qualification. With guidance from experienced professionals, you'll develop the skills to provide quality care and education for children in various settings.

Location: Multiple locations within Sydney Metropolitan

Full-time and part-time: Both positions are available

Earn while you learn : Paid employment while studying

Nationally recognised qualification : CHC30121 Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care

Supportive learning environment : On-the-job training with guidance from experienced educators

What We Are Looking For:

A passion for working with young children and helping them grow and develop

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Enthusiasm, reliability, and a positive attitude

Commitment to completing the Certificate III qualification

No prior experience required—just a desire to learn

Australian citizens or permanent residents (some employers may consider visa holders)

Able to commit to the duration of the traineeship

Willing to undergo a Working with Children Check (or equivalent)

Wages:

Schedule E.4.1 Minimum weekly rates for full-time traineeships, Wage Level A ($398.7 - $809.7 per week + 11.5% Superannuation)

Schedule E.4.2 Minimum hourly rates for part-time traineeships, Wage level A ($13.11-$26.64 per hour + 11.5% Superannuation)

Enterprise Agreement of individual employer
