We’re looking for a Senior Microsoft Power Platform & Dynamics 365 Developer who brings both deep technical expertise and a can-do attitude. In this role, you’ll design and deliver enterprise‑grade solutions that connect Power Platform and D365 applications — helping our teams work smarter, faster, and more efficiently.

What You’ll Do

- Design, build, and maintain solutions across the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse) and Dynamics 365 (Sales, Service, or other modules).

- Develop and extend Model‑Driven Apps, custom plugins, and Power Automate workflows that enhance D365 functionality.

- Integrate with Microsoft 365, Azure services, and other enterprise applications.

- Translate business needs into technical solutions — from concept to delivery — using best practices in architecture, governance, and performance.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline business processes through digital automation.

- Mentor junior team members and contribute to platform standards and development frameworks.

- Stay current with Power Platform and D365 updates, identifying new opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

- 5+ years hands‑on experience delivering solutions across the Power Platform and Dynamics 365 applications.

- Solid understanding of Dataverse, data modelling, and application lifecycle management (ALM).

- Experienced in D365 configuration, customization, and integration with other systems.

- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a focus on user experience and maintainability.

- Confident communicator who works well across business and technical teams.

- Curious, proactive, and driven to deliver high‑quality, reliable solutions.

- Work on impactful, high‑visibility projects that shape how the business operates.
