Job Title: Business Systems Support Officer (GRS25024)

The Role

Within the Service Delivery Division, the Customer Information Directorate provides frontline, customer-centric service that is outward facing, streamlined and responsive to meet the needs of Department customers. As a Business Systems Support Officer, you will contribute to the administration of relevant customer service business systems, including troubleshooting and systems access. On any given day, you may:

- Support the Business Systems Administrators

- Process access requests for other corporate-related systems

- Assist with the development of policies or procedures

- Support application user acceptance testing

- Engage in other related activities to support operations

You will join a knowledgeable and experienced team.

Responsibilities

- Demonstrated practical experience in the administration of frontline customer service systems, including ensuring timely and accurate maintenance of user accesses.

- Demonstrated experience in supporting administration of business systems and the implementation of human-centred initiatives and programs.

- Deliver on High Leverage Areas by identifying and prioritising competing work area priorities and adjusting as needed.

Qualifications and Eligibility

To be eligible for a permanent appointment, you must be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or have a visa to live and work indefinitely in Australia at the time of application. A valid visa for a specific duration may be considered for similar fixed term vacancies.

Should a qualification be required, provide certification and/or academic transcripts. Qualifications from outside Australia require assessment by the Overseas Qualifications Unit (free service) to meet Australian standards.

Consent to a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC) is required; LGIRS will coordinate and pay for the NCCHC if selected.
