Delta Ag’s Dubbo branch delivers a full range of rural supplies—ag‑chem, seed, fertiliser, animal health and general merchandise - backed by our knowledgeable agronomy and Livestock teams. We’re looking for an energetic Merchandise Manager to help service existing customers, welcome new ones and keep day‑to‑day store operations running smoothly.

To be successful in this role you will:

- Take initiative and be proactive in seeking out opportunities to grow the business.
- Be dedicated to creating real value and deepening engagement, fostering solid long-term relationships with clients and the community.
- Work collaboratively with a team, contributing positively and staying organised.
- Manage day-to-day operations with a focus on improving processes and achieving results.
- Communicate effectively, both with your team and externally, ensuring clarity and understanding.
- Strong attention to detail with a natural concern for quality and standards and experience in workplace health and safety.

Desired skills and experience:

- A background in sales, customer service, or business, with a desire to grow in a leadership role.
- Some experience in the agricultural industry or retail management is an advantage but not essential.
- A commitment to continuous improvement and learning, with the drive to take on new challenges.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- An energetic, positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.
- Be highly committed to inventory and asset integrity, and lead a strong branch culture in this area from your leadership position.
- A commitment to grow your skills in financial management, business processes, and team leadership.

Preferred (But Not Required):

- Experience in agribusiness, or a related field, or a background in leading a team.
- Knowledge of farm inputs.
