The Royal Flying Doctor Service (RFDS), South Eastern Section is offering a truly unique opportunity to work within one of the largest and most comprehensive aeromedical organisations in the world.

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic cook individual to join our Outback Trek Café. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation and delivering high-quality meals to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and standards.
- Ensure the kitchen is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain a positive and efficient work environment.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations in the kitchen.

Experience:

- Previous experience as a Cook or in a similar role.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Must be available to work weekends and school holidays.

Working Hours:

This is a casual role working across a rotating roster.
