What does the job look like?

We are currently seeking HR truck drivers with proven experience in the transportation industry to fulfill a crucial role in delivering alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to various stores and venues across the Dubbo and regional area. As part of your responsibilities, you will need to perform a combination of both manual & mechanical handling processes when able to assist in loading & unloading product from the truck utilising pallet jacks & forklifts. This opportunity entails day shifts, commencing promptly from 5.00am, Monday to Friday with occasional daily overtime as required during peak times. The deliveries will commence from and end at our BevChain Distribution Centre in Dubbo, allowing you to be home each night.

Responsibilities

- Driving to Linfox Safety Standards and ensuring that Vision Zero is a daily focus.
- Safely and efficiently performing deliveries to venues and stores.
- Accurately completing and collecting all required documentation.
- Forklift licence and experience preferred yet not essential.
- Providing excellent customer service and representing Linfox in a professional manner.
- Good knowledge of Chain of Responsibility and road transport legislation.

Qualifications

- Current and valid HR licence.
- Familiarity with the Dubbo metro and regional areas.
- Forklift operations experience and licence highly regarded.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Reliable and positive attitude.
- Able to work autonomously.
- Must have own reliable transport.
