For more than 30 years, Sureway has been an industry leader in the delivery of employment services across Australia. In the Inclusive Employment Australia program you'll play a key role in supporting Area Managers to strengthen service delivery, enhance team capability, and drive performance across multiple sites. Internally this role is called Regional Performance and Operational Specialist.
This position will provide support across the following ESAs: Chifley NSW, Gwydir Namoi NSW, Lachlan NSW, Orana NSW, Sturt NSW, Windamere NSW.
Your Key Responsibilities will include:
- Supporting Area Managers in identifying and addressingregional performance gaps
- Upskilling and mentoring teams to build capability andpromote best practice
- Reviewing compliance obligations and assisting in internalauditing processes
- Driving accountability and achievement of performancemetrics in line with contract benchmarks
- Supporting the onboarding and induction of new team members
- Collaborating with leaders on data analysis and contributingto performance strategy
- Promoting a culture of continuous improvement andoperational excellence
- Maintaining and developing strong knowledge of programrequirements and internal procedures
We are looking for individuals who are:
- Performance-driven with a strong track record of achievingKPIs in employment services
- Leaders and mentors who can coach, guide and support teamsacross multiple sites
- Operationally astute, with knowledge of Inclusive EmploymentAustralia benchmarks, compliance standards, and internal performance frameworks
- Analytical and solutions-focused, with the ability toidentify gaps and implement improvement strategies
- Collaborative and proactive, with excellent communicationand relationship-building skills
- Organised and adaptable, able to manage competing prioritiesin a fast-paced environment
Experience and Qualifications:
- Minimum qualification at VET Diploma/AdvancedDiploma/Associate Degree level or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a frontline or leadershiprole within Employment Services
- Current driver’s licence and access to reliable transport assome travel between sites is required
- Demonstrated history of achieving performance outcomes
