60 hours per fortnight, continuing position.

The Case Coordinator will provide specialist and intensive assistance to help people within the care finder target population to understand and access aged care and connect with other relevant supports in the community. This will involve utilising an assertive outreach approach to engage and build rapport with potential clients as well as local intermediaries, stakeholders and networks.

60 hours per fortnight, maximum-term position until 30 June 2026

The Case Coordinator, Homes First program will provide clients with three years of intensive case management support, working from a strengths-based, trauma-informed approach to support clients to address unmet needs and participate in the community.

75 hours per fortnight, ongoing position.

Family Preservation and Reunification Practitioners are responsible for working as lead practitioners by undertaking complex case work. Family Preservation and Reunification Practitioners demonstrate an advanced level of skill and competence in their work due to their experience in working in similar child and family focused roles.

75 hours per fortnight, ongoing position.

The position has high level leadership and operational responsibility for the Family Services portfolio to ensure quality, viability, innovation and growth in service delivery and professional practice across CatholicCare Victoria.

60 hours per fortnight, continuing position

CatholicCare Victoria’s Community Connection Program provides a high quality and flexible service to clients with severe and ongoing disabilities who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. The program works with people in low-cost accommodation to facilitate their ongoing access to mainstream and specialist services. The program develops sustainable partnerships within the local service system to provide more responsive responses to clients under age 65 with moderate, severe or profound disabilities and their unpaid carers. Through short to medium term case management, the program supports people to manage their own health and welfare needs and providers packages of care for people.

60 hours per fortnight, ongoing position

The program works individually, and in a group setting, with clients and aims to reduce parental conflict, improve communication and bring the best interest of the children into consideration. This is important work that can impact on how children experience the separation of their parents.

75 hours per fortnight, ongoing position

The Receptionist/Administration Officer is the face of the organisation, the first point of contact with clients, suppliers and members of the public, creating a friendly and professional impression of CatholicCare Victoria.

The Program works holistically with the client to obtain accommodation and reduce the risk of recurring homelessness. Staff assess housing needs and access to long-term accommodation; identify health and social issues that impact on accommodation options and assist in accessing specialist services; provide advocacy for securing accommodation; and strengthen living and coping skills and emotional and social wellbeing.

Offers of employment and commencement in a position at CatholicCare Victoria are conditional upon receipt of a successful Police Record check assessment, an International Police check (if you have lived overseas for 12 months continuously in the past 10 years), and a Working with Children Check.

CatholicCare Victoria has PBI tax status, and the salary can be packaged to the benefit of the incumbent.
