About the Role

As a Business Banker at IMB, you’ll:

- Build strong, long-term relationships with local businesses
- Originate and structure lending solutions across commercial, residential, asset finance, and everyday banking (up to $10M per transaction)
- Leverage your existing network and referral sources to grow your portfolio
- Be an active ambassador in the business community, representing a highly respected mutual bank
- Work closely with direct and broker introduced customers to provide holistic financial solutions

Who We’re Looking For

- Experienced Banker – At least 10 years of commercial lending experience with solid credit writing skills
- Natural Networker – A strong personal and professional network in the Sydney business community
- Self-Starter & Problem Solver – Someone who thrives in an autonomous role with the drive to build a portfolio from a low base
- Passionate About Helping Businesses – Not just chasing big deals but making a real difference to business owners
