The Role
Be a part of our growing team with new projects coming online - it's an exciting time to join CBH.
Working as part of Finance Shared Services team, you would be responsible for invoicing customers and growers, receipting of funds, bank reconciliations and corporate credit card management. Additional tasks may include maintenance of process documentation, SAP to satellite systems reconciliation and interface error resolution, intercompany charges, asset sales, and month end journal processing.
This is a permanent full-time position, based in the Perth CBD.
Responsibilities include:
Respond to internal and external customer queries, escalating to Manager as required (multiple inbox management)
Ensure correct coding and processing of all customer/grower invoices, for both local and foreign sales. Complete analysis on, and process all invoice errors whether from manual billing or RPA
Management of the CBH group Corporate Credit Card programme; systems and reporting to ensure adherence to the corporate credit card policies.
Perform AUD and Foreign Currency banking transactions and reconciliations for key bank accounts daily, weekly and monthly
Understanding of Australian GST requirements to ensure correct recognition of GST on invoices
Assist in End of Month and Year End processing; reconciling and reporting activities relating to accounts receivable activities for multiple business units
Perform and recommend adjustments, write-offs, and refunds for customer accounts, ensuring adequate documentation is prepared for management review and approval.
About You:
Demonstrated experience in Accounts Receivable (3 + years) in a large entity
Experience working with automated invoice systems
Understanding and proficient MS Excel knowledge
Proficient understanding and ability to use AR systems - SAP knowledge essential, Concur experience of benefit
Understanding complex sales and invoicing across integrated systems to ensure completeness and accuracy of transactions.
A strong understanding of Accounting Principles, Australian Consumer Law, National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009, and privacy laws and principles
