Piling Project Manager

ConsultANZ is seeking an experienced Piling Project Manager with a strong piling background to join a top-tier contractor on a major mining project in Western Australia. This FIFO role (from anywhere in Australia) will oversee the delivery of a piling package valued at over $60M.

Main Duties

- Manage and lead all aspects of piling and associated civil construction activities on‑site.

- Drive project delivery, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality targets are consistently met.

- Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, Supervisors, and subcontractors to maintain efficient project workflow.

- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental standards.

- Monitor resources, equipment, and materials to maximise site productivity.

- Provide technical expertise, leadership, and mentoring to project teams.

- Prepare and maintain accurate project reports, documentation, and records.

Requirements

- 10+ years’ experience delivering large piling projects.

- Demonstrated success managing large-scale projects in FIFO environments.

- In-depth knowledge of piling methodologies (CFA, bored piles, driven piles, Secant walls) and ground improvement techniques.

- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively across disciplines to achieve project objectives.
