You'll be thefirst point of contactfor our valued customers and stakeholders—helping to connect people with the care they need.
In this frontline role, you'll deliverempathetic,timelysupport and ensure smooth coordination across our programs. You'll work independently and as part of a tight-knit team that values collaboration and compassion.
What You’ll Do
- Handle incoming queries viaphone, email, fax, and digital channels
- Perform admin and data entry tasks usingMicrosoft Officeand our internal systems
- Updateclient records, liaise withclinical staff, and track referrals
- Provide accurate info onAmplar Home Health programs
- Make outbound calls towelcome new clientsand follow up on referral requests
- Full-time contract from October 2025 untilJuly 2026
- 7-day rotating roster(Shifts between7am–8pm SA time)
- Includes1 weekend shift per fortnight
- Penalty ratesfor late shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Work in our Adelaide office with the option to alsowork from home
- Customer-first mindset, with a passion for helping others
- You have experience in phone-based customer service; clinical or medical admin experience is a plus
- Strong communicator—resilient, empathetic, and calm under pressure
- Comfortable juggling priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Confident usingMicrosoft Officeand multiple systems
