Job Description

The role:

Gather by Cater Care is seeking an enthusiastic Casual Chef to join our team at a prestigious college located in Northgate.

In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and delivering high-quality meals for a variety of functions and formal dinners, ensuring exceptional culinary standards and presentation.

Roster: Various days, 10:00 am - 7.00 pm (during term time)

Responsibilities:

- Preparing & presenting food for our students
- Support bulk cooking operations
- Maintaining a clean working environment
- Adherence to food & general safety practices

Desired Skills and Experience

Your background:

- Trade qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Ability to work independently and as part of the team
- Exceptional presentation, communication, time management & attention to detail
