The Role

As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the local product strategy and driving category growth. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you’ll oversee the full product lifecycle – from market analysis and product roadmap development through to launches, promotions, and end‑of‑life management. This role blends strategy, marketing execution, and collaboration, working closely with sales, supply chain, and global product teams to deliver results.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute local product strategy in line with global direction.

- Work with state sales teams to identify opportunities and drive market share.

- Manage product launches, promotional material, sampling, and collateral.

- Build strong relationships with European product and marketing teams.

- Oversee product roadmap, pricing, and competitor benchmarking.

- Analyse sales data to review product performance and drive improvements.

- Support distributor onboarding, product training, and marketing enablement.

- Partner with supply chain and logistics to ensure launch readiness and stock availability.

- Manage the full lifecycle including new product introduction and end‑of‑life phase.

Skills & Experience

We’re seeking a commercially savvy Product Manager with experience managing technical or design‑led products, ideally within building materials, interiors, or related industries. You will have a strong grasp of product lifecycle management, stakeholder engagement, and market analysis. An ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution, coupled with excellent communication skills, will be key to your success.
