We’re seeking an agile and outcomes-focused Superannuation Product Manager to support the ongoing delivery and optimisation of our Superannuation product. As part of the Product team, you’ll help ensure our product remains competitive, compliant, and responsive to member needs. This role is hands-on and execution focused, with the opportunity to contribute to continuous improvement and innovation over time. You’ll work closely with the Head of Super and other internal teams to coordinate product management activities, support operational processes, and contribute to member-focused outcomes.
Role Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end delivery of superannuation product management activities, including stakeholder coordination, process optimisation, and issue resolution.
- Coordinate the administration of insurance arrangements within the superannuation product, managing workflows with external providers and ensuring timely delivery of services.
- Assist with the preparation of APRA superannuation data submissions by compiling, validating, and submitting regulatory information.
- Provide technical support in response to member queries and liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure that all member communications are accurate.
- Contribute input to product improvement initiatives, providing insights and recommendations to support the product roadmap.
- Collaborate with marketing on member engagement activities, providing subject matter input to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Partner with investment management and operations teams to support changes to investment options and product features.
- Support engagement with the Trustee and regulators under the guidance of the Senior Product Manager.
Skills & Experience
- 5+ years’ experience in product management across Superannuation or related financial services.
- Strong understanding of superannuation operations, processes, and regulatory environment.
- Experience coordinating product administration, regulatory reporting, or insurance management within superannuation.
- Strong delivery and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field. RG146 desirable.
