SafetyCulture is a customer and product-led SAAS company. Our mission is to help working teams get better every day. Our technology platform and products give frontline workers a voice and leaders the visibility to make smart decisions when driving safety, quality and continuous improvement.
At SafetyCulture, our onboarding and monetisation teams are focused on creating seamless and impactful initial customer experiences, setting new users up for success. We are seeking a visionary Senior Product Manager with a passion for product-led growth and a deep understanding of customer psychology. You thrive on creating exceptional user experiences that drive engagement and value.
Based in our vibrant Sydney HQ in Surry Hills, the Senior Product Manager will be instrumental in shaping the end-to-end journey for new users – from their very first interaction through to conversion and long-term success. This is a leadership role where your seasoned experience will drive significant impact and growth.
We encourage you to apply if you are ready to make a significant impact on a global scale and help shape the future of SafetyCulture.

- Collaborate with other product teams on dependencies and opportunities to build a holistic user experience across the SafetyCulture platform.
- Communicate frequently to the broader business about your vision, roadmap, decisions and insights.
- Own the success and metrics of your product area obsessively, and iterate effectively.
- Demonstrate thought-leadership within your immediate working group, and drive a culture of experimentation and customer-centricity across the broader product, design and engineering function.
Key capabilities for the role
- Knowledge:
- Deep understanding of product-led growth (PLG) strategies and frameworks.
- Expertise in onboarding best practices, activation funnels, and retention levers.
