**Job Description:**You’ll support exciting payroll projects—from system upgrades to policy changes—making sure everything runs smoothly and our associates feel the impact (in a good way).Alongside projects, you’ll also manage payroll accounting and compliance, keeping things accurate, efficient, and future-ready.**What you’ll do:*** Support payroll projects & initiatives (system upgrades, compliance changes, process improvements).* Partner with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver flawless execution.* Oversee payroll accounting & controls, ensuring compliance with finance standards & legislation.* Support payroll processing, provide training, and help drive continuous improvement.**What we’re looking for:*** Experience in accounting including managing provisions for leave liabilities, amortisation of prepayments and employee expense management.* Knowledge of payroll systems, compliance, and payroll process improvement.* A proactive mindset with a knack for problem-solving and building meaningful stakeholder relationships.* Someone who loves working at pace and making complex processes simple.At Mars, you’ll join a **purpose-driven company** guided by our Five Principles, with access to Mars University for learning and career growth.
