We are seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant / F&B Manager to lead our dynamic team in our busy Restaurant Bistro. This is more than just a management role—it’s an opportunity to drive excellence, mentor a dedicated team, and enhance the reputation of one of Orange’s most iconic venues.

Working alongside a highly professional and vibrant team, this hands-on leadership position will see you take charge of restaurant operations, elevate service standards, and deliver a memorable guest experience. ABOUT YOU

- Hospitality Leadership: Minimum 3+ years of experience in restaurant, bar, and/or venue management.
- Team Development: A proven track record of leading, mentoring, and inspiring a large team of waitstaff, bartenders, and food runners.
- Innovative Thinking: A creative approach to business and F&B service, with the ability to bring fresh ideas to the table.
- Guest Experience Focus: A deep understanding of customer needs, with an innovative approach to exceeding expectations.
- Beverage Expertise: A passion for great service, with strong wine knowledge being a plus.
- Operational Know-How: Experience in staff rostering, budgeting, and cost management to drive efficiency and revenue.

Hotel Canobolas is a landmark hospitality destination in Orange, NSW. The venue boasts: 45 stylishly appointed hotel rooms, full-service bistro with a pizzeria & lively courtyard and a front public bar. We also have versatile function spaces for premium events.

Located in the heart of Orange’s vibrant CBD, Hotel Canobolas is a favourite among locals and visitors alike, offering a unique blend of history, style, and contemporary hospitality.
