Reporting to the Area Manager/Workshop Manager, you will oversee all maintenance and engineering tasks to ensure safety, quality, and cost efficiency. Role & Responsibilities - Control and coordinate daily workflow. - Ensure safety standards and company policies are adhered to. - Maintain appropriate records and documentation. - Provide staff management for the engineering section. - Order stock and maintain cost‑effective stock levels. - Perform additional duties as required. About You - Qualified Heavy Diesel Mechanic with a minimum of 5 years of post‑trade experience and a desirable leadership role. - Experience on bus & coach chassis preferred. - Knowledge of Occupational, Health and Welfare Act and its application to the workplace. - Possession of a current HR or higher‑class vehicle licence. - Possession of or willingness to obtain PTD. - Record keeping and office administration skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Access.
