The Role
- Reporting to the Operations Director, the Senior Logistics Manager will oversee a newly established Distribution Centre and manage a 3PL logistics team. This role is responsible for:
- Designing and implementing logistics strategy and processes.
- Managing inbound and outbound flows, warehouse operations, and e‑commerce fulfillment.
- Overseeing ERP & WMS systems, including project implementation and optimization.
- Ensuring compliance with import/export regulations and company standards.
- Driving continuous improvement and efficiency across all logistics activities.
- Managing budgets, KPIs, and 3PL performance.
- Leading, mentoring, and developing the logistics team.
- This is a business‑critical, senior leadership role with direct influence on the brand's long‑term growth and omni‑channel success.
About You
- University degree with 5+ years' experience in logistics/operations management, ideally in retail or luxury.
- Proven expertise in warehouse management, transportation, import/export, and compliance.
- Strong project management, ERP/WMS, and analytical skills.
- Exceptional leadership and communication abilities with experience managing high‑performing teams.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive, solutions‑focused approach.
