As a Logistics Manager at Optus Administration Pty Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring flawless logistics operations. This opportunity is outstanding because you will lead all aspects of the comprehensive logistics function, including the Transport Service Desk and Reverse Logistics Services. You will coordinate tender processes and manage the performance of third-party logistics (3PL) partners, ensuring that our operations align with Optus' strategic objectives. What You’ll Do | Your day to day will consist of
- Lead the weekly inventory review process and highlight financial risks where it is relevant.
- Oversees the logistics operations of the Third-Party Logistics Provider and plays a pivotal role in managing the movement of goods and ensuring efficient Supply Chain Operations.
- Lead the QBR, MBR and weekly operations KPI reviews with 3PL partners to ensure the full compliance of vendor governance requirements.
- Partner with all business teams on operational-related issues and resolutions.
- Manage cost control across all 3PL activities.
- Supervise the process of reverse logistics including stocking returns and stock disposals.
- Work closely with internal collaborators and external partners to maintain efficient operations and drive continuous improvement.
