Job Description

We’re looking for a dynamic and people-focused HR Business Partner to join our NSW team, in Eastern Creek. This is a hands-on operational role with strategic impact, where you'll be a trusted advisor for the Site Leadership Team of ~250 employees. You’ll partner closely with leaders and employees to drive engagement, support performance, and foster a positive workplace culture. Reporting into our Brisbane-based Head of People & Culture, you’ll play a critical role in aligning local initiatives with our national people strategy.

- Provide expert guidance onemployee and industrial relations matters, and safety ensuring alignment with legislation, enterprise agreements, and business priorities.
- Provide strategic and operational HR support to leaders and teams.
- Drive employee engagement, wellbeing, and retention initiatives.
- Lead and implement national People initiatives that support the broader People & Culture strategy.
- Collaborate across sites nationally to ensure consistency and alignment in HR practices .

Desired Skills and Experience

What You'll Bring:

- Extensive experience in generalist human resources roles, preferably within a manufacturing / FMCG environment.
- Employee Relations experience, including exposure to unions, and providing guidance and support in relation to ER matters.
- Experience partnering with managers to resolve complex people management issues.
- Sound experience managing workers compensation claims.
- Excellent collaboration skills with an ability to develop strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
