About Position

We are seeking a skilled and client-focused Client Business Services Accountant to join our team. You will manage financial records, ensure compliance, and provide practical advice to help clients achieve their business goals.

Salary range $70,000 – $90,000 per year (Full-Time Position)

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain client accounts and financial records

- Handle Office of State Revenue (OSR) compliance tasks across different states and territories

- Resolve client queries and attend client meetings

- Perform general administration (ASIC, ATO, ABR)

- Prepare accounting reports and financial analysis

- Liaise with financial institutions and brokers to establish funds management arrangements

- Prepare and lodge tax compliance documents, including ITR, CTR, TRT, FBT, BAS, and PTR

- Work closely with senior accountants and the business owner


Qualifications & Skills:

- Completed a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

- Completed MIPA, CPA, or CA

- Proficient in Excel, QuickBooks, Xero, and MYOB

- Strong understanding of compliance, reporting, and taxation
