Established in 2020, they have quickly grown to a team of eight, serving a diverse client base including professional services, financial services, and technology firms. Their work spans from compliance and accounting to complex tax planning, CFO and IFRS advisory. What you'll be doing?- Client portfolio management: Take ownership and responsibility for a diverse range of clients, including high-net-worth family groups, hedge funds, and SMEs.
- Tax expertise: Prepare client tax compliance and address complex tax issues, leveraging your knowledge of the Australian taxation system.
- Financial advisory: Provide CFO advisory services, including budgeting, forecasting, profit analysis, and due diligence.
- Team development: Assist in mentoring and training junior staff, contributing to the growth of the firm's talent pool.
- Problem-solving: Apply your analytical skills to develop innovative solutions for clients, going beyond just identifying issues.
- Qualified accountant: Hold an Australian CA, CPA, or Tax Institute qualification with at least 2 years of post-qualification experience.
- Tax system knowledge: Possess a minimum of 1-2 years of experience with the Australian taxation system.
- Tech-savvy: Demonstrate proficiency in cloud-based systems and software such as Xero, with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.
- Detail-oriented: Exhibit strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Team player: Show a collaborative spirit and consultative approach with clients and colleagues.
- Continuous learner: Display intellectual curiosity and a drive to expand your knowledge and skills.
