As the front face of our Sessional Suites, you will play a vital role in supporting our Visiting Medical Practitioners, providing a tailored service with the scheduling of their day to day activities and administration, whilst providing an exceptional level of customer service to patients and their loved ones.Ensure that all incoming referrals are processed based on Practitioners individual preferences and requirements Previous hospital or medical reception experience - essential Familiarity with Gentu or Genie program would be an advantageExcellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate articulately both verbally and in written communication Adaptability to changing priorities, with the ability to provide an exceptional, tailor-made service to your Visiting Medical Practitioners Excellent time-management skills, with the ability to independently prioritise your workloadAn ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, providing support as requiredAbility to work effectively in a busy environment Sound computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite Willingness to obtain required vaccinations in line with hospitals infection control requirements **A recognition and rewards platform**, providing employee discounts at hundreds of retailers, including everyday expenses, holidays, health insurance, annual awards celebration, wellbeing and employee assistance programs We’re on a mission to make a meaningful difference every day, working with thousands of Australians to ensure they live life in all its fullness.
