Store Manager – The Galeries, Sydney (Full-Time, Permanent)
Location: The Galeries, Sydney
Hours: 38 hours/week, Tuesday to Saturday
Start Date: Immediate
We’re looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead our team at The Galeries. This is a full-time, permanent position where you’ll play a key role in driving sales, motivating the team, and delivering top‑tier customer service.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and support the retail team with a hands‑on, customer‑focused approach
- Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure brand standards are met
- Manage store sales and KPIs
- Work with the Regional Manager to boost sales and meet targets
- Handle recruitment, team training, performance management, and compliance
- Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards
- Manage stock, admin tasks, and ensure a safe, healthy work environment
What We’re Looking For
- At least 2 years' experience as a Store Manager (high‑end retail preferred)
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team‑building skills
- Results‑driven, with a focus on customer service
- Confident communicator with great people skills
- Organised, reliable, and a problem‑solver
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Asana, and POS systems
- Fluent in English
- Passionate about our brand and products
