Surrounded by recycled fashion, toys, books and vintage gems, you will work with our State Retail Team and lead a team of dedicated volunteers to meet financial targets of our NSW retail network and improve customer engagement.
This role is ideal for an existing Assistant Manager or Store Manager looking to take the next step in their career. If you are passionate about retail, have a commercial mindset, experience in understanding consumer needs and the fashion retail environment and want to contribute to an amazing and well-respected cause, this role is for you.

Here you’re empowered to make a difference in children’s lives by learning, sharing and collaborating to find new ways to solve problems. In this full-time permanent position, based in Vineyard, you’ll lead retail operations and stock management for the Vineyard store and depot. This hands-on role involves driving sales, supporting volunteers, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining store presentation and overseeing the sorting, pricing and distribution of stock. Leading a team of volunteers you will be part of our retail team and report to the NSW State Manager.

- Demonstrated retail experience, preferably in a fashion environment
- Strong leadership and influencing skills, with a successful track record in managing, engaging, and developing staff
- An ability to drive continuous improvement, provide accurate reporting and analyse data
- Strong written, interpersonal, and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management and organisational skills with the ability to adapt quickly
