Job Description

The Store Manager is responsible for:

- Managing daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.

- Lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

- Oversee inventory management, including stock replenishment and stocktaking.

- Implement visual merchandising standards to maximise product appeal.

- Monitor and analyse sales performance, providing regular reports to senior management.

- Recruit, train, and develop team members to build a high-performing workforce.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety standards.

- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Store Manager should have:

- Previous experience in a retail or customer-facing role with leadership responsibilities.

- Strong organisational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.

- Proficiency in managing sales targets and analysing performance metrics.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead and inspire a team.

- Knowledge of inventory management and visual merchandising principles.

- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

- A focus on delivering high-quality customer service at all times.
